Have you work out the math on the mthly installment?

Well, unless you are borrowing from an institution that is not incorporated under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989, otherwise how on earth the rental of RM2,500 is unable to cover the interest on the principal sum and the mthly maintenance charges?????

Agree with u that SOHO is targetting gen y and beyond and based on the current property market, it's getting harder and harder for them to own a property, therefore eventually more and more of them will resort to be a tenant instead of a landlord.

Speaking from experience, if your unit is level 40 and above, it's very susah to open the window as the wind is too strong for u like my previous stay in HK. So really kena 24/7 aircond lo.
