But I heard also the price will be back to normal ( same price with block H) after the launching.

Maybe what I heard was wrong due to too crowded during launching.

Developer informed they hv gotten approval fr authorities to hv a 4 year S&P. Normal S&P tenor is 3 yrs. With this apporoval just obtained tis week, developer will b calling us 2 sign the S&P starting next week. So get ready the balance of your 10% payment. The next 10% payment is scheduled 8 mths later ie end of June 2014. So u hv plenty of time to get ur bank offer letter..
