dont be EXTRA careful , sometime careless happen during the EXTRA moment
dont think TOO much, sometime TOO much thinking will make you cannot think properly
dont OVER calculate , sometime OVER calculate make your math wrong

Link to mrt is one thing but I have to give credit to ekovest for one thing .

4500 car parks . This is one of the highest car parks w linked to mrt.

Those who want to ride mrt can have option to park their car there .

I cant predict what will happen in the future . But I know where to park my car if I want to ride mrt from here .

This is a good push up.factor for commercial w the car n human traffic created in ekocheras but
Bad thing ..... to resident there will b more uninvited guest coming to ekocheras

But this is not too bad afterall

So you tell me will this place wong or not

Block J is now from 645psf and H is from 700psf!!!! (With DIBS)

Block J owners got the best bite of the pie.

It is obvious to show that the developer care for their priority customers and reward the early birds with early worms!
