Yeah! Li fong beef noodle soup at Connaught.. sibeh shock n yummy. Many nice food can be found around there. No need everyday makan dalam eko.

development next to underground mrt will appreciate much better compare to development next to elevate mrt? coz sunway velocity all underground mrt station and eko is elevate mrt. will it affect the price compare to those development next to underground mrt?

north got velocity and ikea cochrane is the big magnet for mont jiulai people. south got phoenix central....phoenix look very very aggressive. hope eko can turn out something like publika or bsc or Bangsar village.
now have to see whose magnet stronger. will it happen the case like avenue k beside klcc..... klcc very 1 big strong magnet.

More comfortable invest near MRT. Look at riana green east wangsa maju near lrt as case study. Friend bought 250k from developer. Rented out to Korean empty unit with 2.5k rental. By the time Moved out become fully furnish. N tenant leave everything n give it free. Friend paiseh ask how much should pay him back. Tenant said rm500. Friend happy pay him. N next tenant came in. Also Korean. F/F unit rented out 3k per month till now. Sibeh lucky.....
