It started to spoil all of a sudden?

Or it was faulty out of the box?

Lately my device is less touch sensitive. Need to touch the apps/taps/keypad a few times to respond. Need to fix permission to recover its sensitivity. After a day or so its back to the same thing. anybody facing this issue?

Thank for the post. I took apart mine with ease. Tighten up all screws and put back the cover. As easy as 1 2 3. No more screen lift issue. 
Some screws did felt very loose. I can turn more than half rotation. 

so down....my speaker spoil already.
the sound muffled if volume >40%

never expected this to happen.
previous i remember forumer hussain and tenchi0205 have this issue as well right?

How much memory free space your Nexus S have left? Bear in mind, 8GB doesn't give you the full 8GB. It will come 4-5 GB available only at best or maybe even less. Do a Google search to confirm this. As for the 16GB, mine had about 13GB free memory out of the box.

So how to decide? Nobody can answer that for you, really. You can use your usage of your Nexus S memory as a guide, I suppose. But having more is always better than less, especially if the price difference is not too great.

Craaappp... I had sent my unit in to Asus Malaysia SC for screen lifting and screen flickering issues. Sent it in on 23 Aug 2012. Also waiting for spare parts, though I dunno exactly what they intend to change - mebbe the wifi component (quite possible) or the frame of the unit holding the screen (rather wishful thinking). When I first sent in, the guy told me they may even change the LCD! Dunno for what... 

If yours sent in on 17 Aug also not yet kao tim... my one... err... die lorrr... hahaha! I just called them, they say my case may need another 2-3 weeks because have to order parts from overseas. Mebbe they giving me a new unit due to the screen lifting issue? Another round of wishful thinking.... kakaka 

I suggest you check for the screen lifting problem on the spot when you collect your unit. Then can make noise on the spot. If they had opened up the unit to replace your speakers, the screen lifting *may* happen then. So, good to check on the spot.

And hopefully, your part/s come in the same time as mine and we can both get our repaired units back at around the same time i.e. early!

And now they even giving international warranty , more@ than my expectations already .

That is supported since JB especially Nexus 7, what it lacks is usb audio dac support. Which will improve the sound quality. I wonder why SGS3 has this feature but not Google own device. 

The put the cheap one inside, at least give the kernel support for USB DAC so the sound can pass through to it for audiophile quality.

And I'm thinking of buying those Bluetooth speakers. Interested with Jawbone. Definitely a looker but at $200 and no delivery to Malaysia maek me look at another options.

Any suggestion on a good sounding Bluetooth speaker?

Where did you get the cable for S2? Samsung shop?
I couldn't factory reset nor modify any files on my tablet(Not even flashing new rom). Any changes goes back to default(files came back even factory reset) once I reboot it. I have been asking this for like 3 pages in this thread but nobody seems to have faced the same problem with mine before so I sent back to them for repair, but it seems that they couldn't and might need to send back to Asus which will drag me another 2-3 weeks, so instead they gave me a new set.
