The Battle.net World Championship, which will take place later this year, will be the culmination of more than 30 eSports events run by Blizzard and tournament organizers. These events are collectively known as the StarCraft II World Championship Series.
The goal of the StarCraft II World Championship Series is to identify a true global champion, as players enter and qualify through open tournaments starting at the national level. The National Championships are designed to allow local heroes to rise to the top and be recognized in their country. The top finishers at each National Championship will earn spots at their continental Finals events, which will be an all-out brawl between neighboring countries to decide who will represent their continent at the Battle.net World Championship.

Do you think you have what it takes to compete at the Battle.net World Championship? To earn a seed for a Continental Championship, such as the StarCraft II World Championship Series North America Finals, you must first qualify through the National Championship based on your nationality.

blablabla..... just letting u guys know the Malaysia online qualifier will be in 2-3 weeks time, only 16 slots are available, to be eligible for the slots u have to be the top16 malaysian players in the current ladder. will make another announcement when everything is confirmed! if u have any questions feel free to ask.

u clearly dunno much about the competitive scene do you?

when one of my clanmates went to the GSL studio and made a cheerie for malaysia, tastosis recognized malaysia and talked about cobo and johnrambo especially when cobo beat zealous...
he even asked is cobo still active and how johnrambo is one of the most consistent WCG player...
if people like tastosis recognise and acknowledges malaysia, who are u, a nobody to doubt us?

oops my bad, u are > korean yo... the world first and only GM for team game

ps: u can see it in the Leenock vs Ryung for ro32 codeS of the current season... those in nDL can see the image i posted on our group page =)

Your skill not even close to Koreans, so you sit all the way back on a bench behind. It suits you evofag.
I vote Koreans will defenately win in SC2 even their girls is all plastic dolls.

sorry, it is for GSL subscribers only so I cant link here lolx...
and if u are wondering, GSL is the biggest SC2 league in the world and yet you have the casters (tastosis) talking about Malaysian players to the world who is watching/ streaming it live...

my skill not close to koreans but i think out top players like cobo, timber etc are able to compete wit koreans on mechanics alone...

oh wait, cant argue wit the one and only GM team gamer yo...

ps: u are arguing with one who actually watches more sc2 games in a month than you in a year

I dont give a damn if you watch sc2 game forever. You can watch for 1000 years also doesn't make you skillful playing SC2. Watching and playing is 2 different things, you can only say "He is doing wrong and bla bla bla" by assuming IF he move the other way. People playing is the one thinking in split seconds with stress mounted on top, while fag just like to critic when his skill is totally trash which is equal to the way he talked.. TRASH !!

Understand Mr. "u are arguing with one who actually watches more sc2 games".

dreamhack,
it is not top 16. Is top 8, 1 korean 7 foreigner. But i think that tournament is affected heavily by patches. All quater-finalist is non-Terran. Foreign pro not many of them use Terran anyway

EU style is really nice especially for ZvP...

watching tournaments = knowing that koreans are not invincible and beatable which is the main topic of the discussion, not about my skill lolx...
i was defending the skills of local players like cobo etc that they can compete with koreans...
