I was advised not to use any soap or shampoo for newborns until they are 2 months old. The reason is that the baby's skin is too delicate and will not react well to soap and bath products.

I use Cetaphil to bathe my baby.. and to wash her hair.. other than that, i only use baby oil on cotton buds to clean her ear and belly button.. and sometimes yu yi oil.. that's all. btw, please don't use baby powder. It is not safe for baby. You can read it here: http://www.babycenter.com/406_is-it-safe-t...baby_1519559.bcextracted from above url: Baby powder may smell and feel good, but I don't recommend it — and the American Academy of Pediatrics also recommends against it. Powder can cause breathing problems and serious lung damage when inhaled, and it's not always easy to keep the powder out of the air where your baby might breathe it.

Using Applecrumby's Gentle Shampoo and Bath Cream atm. Tried Johnson and Johnson's Head to Toe at first then we realized dry skin on our baby. We also tried Cetaphil's Baby Moisturizing Bath and Wash, which was quite good too.
