Speeding.
Before saman they must give the wrong doer every single bit of information such as when and where it occured, how fast they drove and so on. Else they can just ask Rm2k from any Tom dicck and harry. RM2k is damn a lot of money u know. |

many places has speed limit. Even LDP has a speed limit of 60km/h.
