max is rm2000, there should be some sort of calculation cannot simply give 2k fine one.. if you drive 240km/h then maybe give you max fine la. if just 10km/h over limit should be still around the lower limit of rm300 (rm50 kopi)

not sure exactly how, but since it's implemented in developed countries in the europe i'm sure it can be done properly. most probably they will calculate from tax records. if you don't pay tax then you should be fined the minimum as lower income earner.

Instead of regulating and ensuring smooth traffic flow, our police will only focus on witch hunting now.

As usual, profiting from the rakyat is their main agenda.

" The proposed amendment seeks to allow a person to make authorised left turns in accordance with traffic signs, lawfully placed on a road, permitting such a move.
However, this is notwithstanding a red signal or other traffic signs indicating a place where traffic must stop at any traffic junction.
The person must also stop before the marked stop line on the road to ascertain if it is safe to make the authorised left turn before doing so.
Those who contravene this provision shall be liable to a fine of not less than RM300 and not more than RM2,000."

I'm having a "duh" moment. I can't understand this.
