big tiles tend to pop up are basically because of the different of coeeficient of expansion between the tiles and the base(concrete /table top). That's why whenever using 2x2 or bigger tiles must use additives inside the simen mix. All experience tiles layer know about it. Just make sure they use it. The tiles wont pop up immediately, they will pop up after 2-3 months, depending on the wheather.
