depends on individual taste... black glossy surface can see dust easily.

I've just done my concrete table top..
but the contractor's work is a let down.. tiles not align properly and in some areas even not flat.. some tiles were even chipped..

is it possible to hack the tiles he have done and get some one else to do the tiling.. meaning just replacing the tiles and reuse the concrete table top..

Removed tiles usually deformed. Cannot be reused.

Found a contractor whose willing to redo the tilling for a very reasonable price..

Another mistake i've found yesterday.. My contractor make the concrete table top too high from what I requested.. I requested 35-36inch.. Instead the table top is now more than 37inch..

Anyway to lower the height? Any suggestion?

Normally for table top should be 33 to 34 inch. U can raise up floor if floor tiling not yet done. Just my 2 cents

I think the tiles is from Indon.
I bought it from Super Ceramic.
Table top tiles labour only for 14 x 9 = RM 2600
The 4 x 2 table top is super heavy, i can't even lift it easily by my own.
