Hey,Bro. You should be very lucky that you are able to book a unit due to to soft launch price. The banker will definitely call us during the official launch somewhere around April Later.Now you still able to have more time to prepare the down payment and document.

Semi D Cluster, very interested. But I oredi made my booking. Mayb you can email me the detail and soft copy brochure about the property. Many of my friends were HOMELESS now. So pity with them. cry.gif

Have all the unit been finish booking or sold out, how many unit left that facing north. By the way, its just soft launch, already more than 50% of the all unit been booked, official launch still few weeks ahead. I am thinking how the sale been look when the day of official launch. sweat.gif

no wor...we all are ready to settle the remaining part. But the problem is why the developer nowadays servicing is even same as last time. We need to follow up the situation our own. Still remember my first time buying a property, the developer treat us as king and follow up and update us very well every customer.
