didnt see any updates on prop page and facebook
but got letter mentioned is starting to build road serving the said property expected March will get keys. oh yeah by the way...we have nearby property which is rented to LKW students...perhaps we can try get somewhere here as renting to white collars and family will yield a lower rental. |

road is on progress..it is near the bridge linking KKIM office. Please do pass by and see when you guys are near. Did anyone check on the sales office what are they selling now? last update on their webpage is selling shoplot, but it was on Jan 2015 |

seems like a number of buyers are buying for own use...hmmm eventhough the place is quiet secluded...mind sharing why you guys choose this project? opposite is malay kampung and sorrounded is industrial area like SKS bus and one owner subdivided his land for commercial use
