I truly hope this Abadi Man Nien developer honor the "ROI & Granting of Option To Sell(OPS) agreement to early Abadi Heights buyers. The fact that these buyers committed early show showed their confidence and support in this project.
Apart from this, raising the selling price above RM758,800 will really be pushing (existing & potential) buyer's level of acceptance and tolerance for a 2.5 storey LEASEHOLD 20x65 house in Bdr Bkt Puchong which is nearing Puchong South toll.
As some of my friends in the property invenstment community mentioned, with that kind of amount, there are other options to consider in Puchong but that's another topic.
