Where is the location of show unit? It would be convenient if can provide the GPS co-ordinate. I'm not familiar with this area of Puchong. Thinking to pay a visit on Sunday.

This house is under leasehold. Does anyone know whether number of years is still 99 years or already started and thus less than 99 years?

How is the surroundings, means whether any factory nearby will affect the air quality and traffic condition coming in and out to LDP during peak hours?

Does the subsidy of S&P and loan legal fees inclusive of stamp duties?
