I have booked 1 unit already. The sale agent said he will give my contact to banker so that they can contact me for housing loan.
But so far, no banker has contacted even after 1 week since i've paid the deposit of 20K.
Do u guys have this same problem?

When you guys apply home loan from Amabank, did the ambank lady said you MUST apply the credit card as well?

I heard Abadi Height will be launched in Jun or July. Is that ttrue?
Most probably they want waiting for after general election.

Just call the developer. They said letter of instruction for signing S&P will be issued next week.

Yes, I also received it yesterday. Feel a bit cheated because when I first buy they said different things. If i ask outsider to do it(remove the wall later) , no need RM2K for sure.

This developer REALLY cannot be TRUSTED!!!!!!!

Hi all,
Does any buyer has this problem regarding loan disbursement by Bank.
The 10% of progressive payment suppose to be due on 28 Jan 2015.

But until now (21 Feb 2015 which is almost after 1 month), the money still not release to Developer.
Root Cause: Y C PANG, CHONG & GORDON LAWYER firm fail on time to provide all requirement docs to BANK.

I'm very upset with the Lawyer firm... because the late interest payment will be borne by us.
Not sure what can I do now.
