Im giving my few advice those in beta pls do a big favor by reading any news that is posted on the beta forums because if will give u ease of mind and remind you that you are there to beta test and give feedbacks to the game.

Bear with them because this is phase 1 & phase 2. There will be plenty of wipe and all! So if you happen to be the type that cant take this kind of test. Please do another big favor and wait for phase 3!

The following Worlds have been added as selectable Worlds in phase 1 of the beta test:
- Adamantoise
- Coeurl

Not sure why but i do know some ppl face same problem, they solve it by going into their SE account management into FFXIV Option List and activate something.

haha i from yesterday lag, but weird is im getting good pings such as 100ms-150ms

how u see ping?

i check via resource monitor.

oh same..but i saw 2 one is 200 one is 150, i think the game server cannot handle 2 many people

well... we can't exactly handle it with our connection *maybe* also is just gridania, so is very overcrowded. back in Alpha, is 50% than this population and is very much never lags

Also they are stressing the servers so is to be expected to lag... .

Sigh tonberry server full. Is there any other server you all go to?

idk, you can try Atomos or Bahamut, really is ok if you unable to join, because is just phase 1 & 2.. stress test!

How's the graphics if I may ask... you are using i7 and GTX460 (is it 1gb ram) so just wonder if everything is ok... do you run at maximum in game now ?

[EU] Regarding Server Congestion (Feb. 26)

Currently, the game is experiencing a slowdown as a result of congestion in certain servers since the start of the beta test. We are investigating the issue by checking server logs and have also implemented a mechanism on specific servers to perform a more in-depth investigation.

No operation on the player side is required for this investigation. We will review testers’ play logs and continue our investigation.

There is actually a topic made by someone , and a lot people prefer the v1 battle system. However Yoshi said he insist on trying this battle system.

Anyways, I am not sure about Tera, but ffxiv has much more to offer than meets the eye at the moment: hamlet, raids , dungeon

we haven't gone to higher level dungeon.

I run the game in Max @ 1920x1080 and it run flawless. I didnt check my fps though, probably average 30fps. But some area I stress my gtx460 1Gb and get temp up to 70+degree celcius but the graphic of the game is still no hiccup. Using SSD hardrive really help, everything is fast especially in loading etc. i5 or i7 is good when you in area with lots of player. I forgot how much CPU was used when running it .. I will check it next time.

I will upgrade my Graphic Card in future, because I'm running 2 pc side by side. The other one using core2duo E8200 2.66Ghz with GTX630 and my gtx460 will replace it.

If you got tight budget, upgrade your GPU next time. Get i5 or i7 first. That what I did when I upgrade my PC last time.
