Exactly, because people can actually photoshop, it makes it more difficult for SE to ban people.

I think the only way SE can ban is when they detect a screenshot on a site, with the characters name and all.

Or some one posting in beta forum linking to a site , acknowledging that they made a post in another forum.

Unless they hire a team of professional FBI network agent , there is no way for them to trace down at every
single person who broke the silence and spread the data .


Most game company are applying these NDA agreement to reduce the leak of information to the minimum.

That isn't to say they will totally prevent any douchebags who broke the laws .They just want to minimize the information leakage before they have finalized the products .



Blizzard had a much stricter NDA agreement . I remember in D3 alpha , the testers would have to install some application on their PC during the period and every single of your PC's activity is recorded down by Blizzard .

But at the end of the days every single armor sets and mob list was leaked onto the internet months before its release . Because I doubt they actually have that many of staff who go through the effort to scan through every single testing player's PC activity logs . It was more like a scarecrow effect .


That is to say if you respect this game company and its games , you should do as you agreed with the conditions when you signed up for the beta
