If you can settle with stable 30fps then it shouldn't be a problem. Just not sure when it comes to intense graphic area ie huge group of ppl wandering/camping in one area will it affect the frame rate

Meaning you are still facing the same problem Security token can solve such issue easily.
I used to have this problem - internet lost > IP auto changed > cannot login game > have to wait and change password > very annoying.
The "error" that you see is a security measure to prevent hacker from login-ing your account from another location (different IP), i think

From what I read in forum (long ago), those, who were persistent at login and change password, ended up getting their accounts locked up due to security. They had to call up support and sent document (I.C. or driving license or something, i forgot) to prove your identity on the account, in order to get the account unlocked. [a pain in the ass ]
