The setup is only 108MB . After installing, it is followed by the update, which for me took about only an hour.

The game is still restricted in many ways.
For eg: we can only use two race at the moment, Hyur and Miqote Seeker of the sun. Yeah.. so whatever Lalafell screenshots is a lie.

However, the graphics is LEGAN, wait for it... DARY ! However this awesome graphics hurts my eyes only after an hour play, probably it is because of the awesomeness that cause me to blink less. I do believe it will be great playing on a 42" tv

Game play is totally different, I am not sure if its the set-up, but it seems like I can only view the game from the back of my character. No matter how I turn the screen, the character follows, I have tried ways to look at my character's face, but it is not possible except during cut-scenes. In short, you can only turn using the mouse, W,A,S,D  are movements. Currently playing lancer.

Quest seems to be lot fun compared to V 1.0 . You have a map which have the "!" and you can just run there talk to that chap, and it will lead you to you next destination with another ">" on the map. Just started, and already I have a list load of quest which provides tutorial at the same time. This is definitely a great way to assist new players.

Minimaps and maps are zoom-able.

Damn chocobo server has like 80% japanese. Probably because its the first server and they got invited first.

GW2 is fun .. SE should learn from this game. hehehehehe

and it doesn't have monthly payment enough for me until FF14 full version up and running again

FFXIV:ARR will be a total rebooted game from FFXIV, meaning that is an upgradement but not an expansion, is part of the FF Series, but not a new FF series...
You can't, you will have to come back here again especially next year around March to see any new info, althou if you like the game, stay tune and be inform i guess?
