If you were 1.0 CE you get the in-game bonus item, for physical bonus u will have to buy again.

If you were 1.0 Standard Edition, you can opt to upgrade to ARR CE and get the in-game edition, no physical as is a digital upgrade.

Hi, been looking at this thread recently and i'm getting interested with this new final fantasy. but i do have some doubt in my head i need to clear. Would happy if you guys can help me with my question.

First, i know u guys will be keeping your high level character, therefore if i join the server now, will there still have people doing low lv dungeon coz i'm dungeon type of person and i love challenging dungeon.

Second, Equipment farming, so do i like need to go number of times in the same dungeon in order to get full set of dungeon amor kind of thing of how is it?

Third, is there dungeon finder tool in this game? i not very sure about it. or i have to shout LFG every time when i want to go dungeon which is kinda annoying for me.

Fourth, i heard we can switch class/job anytime therefore i can train one character to be tanker and healer at the same time?

Firth, is there weapon and amor enchantment in this game? like +1 to +12 or something similar?

is it possible to buy ps3 and playable in pc? as in...i got 1 account to play 2 side? do i still need to buy for pc? download only the game possible?

i love newbie question and i will be delightful to answer any noob question! No hatred here i like newbies!

1) There will be separated servers, old servers and new servers, new servers are fresh start, old servers are where the old players character maintain. There will be a Level Sync where high level characters can drop down to your level to party with you.

2) Yes, there will be variety, there will also be crafting needed to get the best items.

3) Yes there will be a dungeon finder tool, is called Duty Finder.

4) yes you can level up all class/job on 1 character, you can change job/class on the fly as long your not engage in combat and your not in dungeon/raid.

5) Yes is called the Materia Melding. Some equipment will have slots think FF7, you can safely insert this materia into those slots safely! but there will be a higher better enchancement where you can meld into your equipment, which is called the Forbidden Materia Melding Technique, you can slot in more than the safety slot up to a certain point. the risk is that your materia will be destroy, your equipment will still be safe.

Yes, you can play your FFXIV in either PC or PS3, but you must buy both code. and input under one FFXIV Service Account to do so

i got no issue accessing to all my US/EU/AUS square enix account via http://www.square-enix.com/na/account/

but when i try to go to http://na.square-enix.com/ and login with my SE account (US region), it prompted me error...

however i go to http://eu.square-enix.com/en and login with my EU SE account, no issue. heck i can even login to this eu site with my US SE account...

i want to get ff7 in usd ah...

I might as well as just go with digital copy lol

you said there will be separate server, ok i understand this, but you said new player will join new server for fresh start and old player remain in old server? is that mean i'm unable to meet the old player which in old server? or i can transfer between one server to another??

other than that, i'm getting the pre-purchase, i have no hobby to collect physical copy but digital copy is enough for me. Therefore i'm thinking about the bonus they give and the bonus which interest me is the mount. Therefore just want your opinion do u think it is worth to get the additional 2 mount from CE for another 20USD (digital copy).

Old player and New player can create "new" characters in both Old and New servers.
Old players cannot "transfer" their old characters into new servers.
Old Player can only "transfer" their old character into old servers.
