Release date will be unknown until alpha and beta phases finish, which is also unknown. SE will announce the release date when the procuder is satisfied and confident with the game. I guess Amazon is forecasting the date.

Maybe we still can play FF14 old version for free after 11nov till 2.0 .. but any progress after the saved character on 1st Nov wont be in 2.0. meaning if you earn 10 mil gil after 1st nov .. you wont see the money on 2.0

Well, the entire population are mostly gathering in the city of Uldah, everyone gathers there to look for a party,
You can use the party search too, but there arent many low level party going on right now, maybe after the 2.0 launch, that will get players to play new class.

I wanna propose that we all re roll in 2.0 in ONE server...
