Ive noticed this a lot that Chinese loves to wear something extremely short and above the thighs. For F sake, ive seen a standard 3 kid, wearing like that and the parents buat bodoh. Training the kid since small to wear like that? So in this case, i wont be surprised. What the school did was right as its tto teach the student on how to properly dress as a student, not as a slut. Its a charity event and not a striptease show. Why not go nude then since loves to show a lot of flesh to the public? Common sense, is something some people will never have till the end of the world.
