explain more on recording.

if its for the musician to listen in the recording booth then just something without much bleed/leakage.

for monitoring purposes, RM100-200 you can barely even get smth of average for ipod listening.

not sure if you can get any of these at your budget but you can take a look at Audio Technica, AKG and Shure.

try to check sony headphones. forgot the model name, but i read somewhere they have good monitor headphones at that price range.

Superlux headphones bro. Cheap and good, I think its OEM brand for AKG.

Studio Recording? One word. Superlux. There are some low ends of audio technica , shure all that too but considering the price, i think superlux is the only thing i can think of. Seriously. Especially the hd668b. Best o.

I think you may try AKG K77. Its low distortion and coloration quite suitable for recording monitor. But if want mix song, monitor speaker is better biggrin.gif
