hi guys X)
Hope to get some advise. I brought Soya back yesterday and she's been really quiet, hardly move & doesn't seem to be eating. Its been only a day, but i'm kinda worried. I've been reading loads of articles and it says that it takes some time for her to get used to her environment and stuff. How long should I wait? Or should I get her checked-up just incase? Thanks in advanced! -------- update (19/3) Soya allows me to hold her and will sit still on my lap, but when i put her down she still runs and explores around although very cautiously. i see that she's been eating her hay & pellets but i'm trying to feed her vegetables (which she doesn't seem to respond to hand feeding) i haven't heard any noises from her yet, so i'm slightly worried about that also This post has been edited by huiyin_hsu: Mar 19 2014, 12:14 PM |

QUOTE(huiyin_hsu @ Mar 18 2014, 07:02 PM) hi guys X) this usually take some times, I spend aat least 15 minutes playing with my Pigs everyday in order for them to be familiar with me, they start to make noises after 2-3 days but it is gonna be a very soft squeaking noice.Hope to get some advise. 2 out for 4 are ok with me, the other 2 run like no tomorrow whenever they see me, but when I'm cleaning their cage they all will walk around like I'm not there.. maybe they know I'm too bz to harass them..

ADOPTED
Hi guys, Sadly to say that I have to let go my two lucky charms at home due to new born baby is coming. They are nevertheless the COOKIES and HONEY! Both of them are very healthy, chubby (very), adorable, tame.... traits of a true GUINEA PIG Sob.. they are actually my Princess's babies but need a new home now. I sincerely hoping for guinea pig lovers to consider providing them a new home. They are easy to rare and advice would be given on their habits/likes/dislikes (yes, very characteristic ones! Thats what makes them cuter). And oh, they are both female PM me or message me at 012 - 2191202 for more information Thank you! This post has been edited by off_shore: Mar 30 2014, 11:59 PM |

Hi guys. I'm quite a newbie I just got my guinea pigs last week.
One of them has a scab near his nose with no hair. Should I bring him to see a vet? Will it cost a lot to see a vet? Or should I just apply some anti-fungal cream from the pharmacy by myself? |
