thats my experience

for me..i've been using my sunbeam acrylic casing(not UV) for more than 2 years now...

pros:
1. colour hasnt turned yellowish
2. assembly was rather easy (allignment isnt that hard)
3. durable.really durable...
4. excellent airflow

cons:
1. hard to hide wires
2. heavy..its not THAT heavy..but heavier than most regular casings

Haha...the thick arcrylic obviously heavy ma'. But it's really worth it lah after all. Specially the UV one. Colors other than blue 'll be even nicer~~

The one reason for not getting an Arcylic Casing is that Acrylic do not sheild off the EMI that is coming from the various HW in the casing.


you are really literally frying your balls.... at a very slow rate.

Acrylic Casing fails EMI specifications...u dying a slow death...

yah... unless you have lead in your BLACK paint...
else....still get "fried"...

aiya...worried bout the EMI from the case that will fry your balls?
ur wi-fi connection will do the same, so will ur handphone, or that wireless mouse of yours

so allow me to save your balls..gimme ur cellphone and every other thing which might fry your balls eventually

Haha...no need quarrel over EMI lah. Most likely u wont be sitting nearby the CPU for too long rite? So just njoy~ the beauty of arcrylic cases

why does somebody paint arcylic case that's suposed to be see thru, with black?
