oh no no.. laptop is fine.. but stock problem.. i'll just give a summary of what rumours we got here.. lol

1) stock 1 whole malaysia only 12 unit
2) Stock already have.. but penang SABO .. so all the units went to penang
3) Penang DID receive.. but not that much..
4) next week stock arrive ( if its already next week.. there is always next week right?)
5) and the famous rumour.. the G55 can shoot laser

... hahaha..

actually we heard from one of our friends that penang is actually a very happening place.. they surprise us by.. suddenly got stock. haha...

Haven't seen any model that came in malaysia comes with SSD so far.. maybe if u deal with the reseller might be possible...

and regarding the HDD bay is really a good option but then to replace the DVD slot i think u have to disassemble the laptop to access the screw .. not so sure bout that... just based on my experience disassembling laptop.. lol

yep.. and actually the rams they put in is 1600.. so add another 8gb 1600mhz ram will actually be good enough some of our friends here already did that..

really2 hot cake.. lol.. if only asus provide enough .. i think more ppl would be interested.. and they could actually gain more profit instead of getting negative comments and such.. lol.. i've waited since early may.. i think around 8th of may i place my order.. lol

lol will still run dual channel what coz the ram inside is also 1600 ram.. but then .. i know the feeling.. u wont be satisfied coz of the 2 damn ram that cannot be accessed ...

haha.. no nid OC ma.. is already a beast... if cannot tahan.. then just viod warranty.. haha

g53 = 2 hard drive slot .. that alone is alot better...

but everything has pro and cons.. lol g75 has almost all the feature for g53 and g55 but the price ...

i actually not bothered with the 1 drive bay + msata... but what i cannot comprehend is the non accessible part.. that and the asus does not provide the service to add for u.. i think only asus malaysia doesn't provide the serivce...every other country have that.. maybe singapore have that service?

i also seen my friends upload pics downloading via maxis at really remote area ( but still have hsdpa la ). speed lowest is 4mbps.. really fast..

even yes broadband (which im using now) speed average is around 5 - 10mbps.. depends... last time can get up to 18mbps

really maxis.. but maybe for area that have alot of ppl will not be that fast... but the unlimited quota

not a bad plan for unlimited quota.. maybe if u link it via vpn.. it will be very stable.. just guessing
