I'm using my AV - Avast, but it slows down my PC extremely (!!) Could someone suggest some AV which won't f-up my machine like Avast.

You could try Avira Free Antivirus. This one used to be fast and use minimal resources though nowadays a little "bloated" already. Anyway, should be still much faster than your current Avast.

Try MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) ?

Been using Avira Antivirus for a few years now. So far so good and even buy a new license a week ago. I will continue to use. In fact now Avira have promotion. Can see here: http://www.facebook.com/AviraSEA and www.avira.com/get-one-year-free

avira's quite good but i've stop using it.
it deleted all my cracks and keygens..

next time keep them inside zip /rar with password, disable scan compressed file

i didn't notice when the stuff was deleted until i saw they're gone.
yeah, should zip it.
