guys. what is the best phone for me? budget is rm 500 and below. any brand of phone will do. my company support phone purchase until rm 500 only.

my specific need is i want a durable and hardy phone. i am working in harsh environment.

1.can take decent picture.
2. can browse internet with 3g.
3. can check email.
4. can withstand water and wet conditions


any brand tak kisah. 2nd hand or new are welcome.

1. big screen (4 inch or more is preferable) ,
2. can do web browsing
3. can take picture
