Ipad 3 16gb 4g version or galaxy tab 2, the latest 7" or 10" ma. The one started selling early this month

Below 1900

3. Specs.
Can open and edit word document, powerpoint, pdf. For free. Will use this tablet for study purpose.
And need 3g connection( both can use sim card).
Which one offers more quality applications for free? Used android before but the apps kinda bored.
