looking for a super tight budget smart phone to replace my 'smart' phone  1. entry level (RM200+) smart phone what are the limitations? if it isnt Android OS, will i have compatibility issues? (games/whatsapp) 2. what is the difference between rm200 and rm400 phone Looking at LG RM200+ phone (low budget) Thank you for teaching noob like me  i know almost nothing about smartphone |
