recommendations for phones worth rm1.3k please

hi all, duno which phone to get @@
my 1st smart phone, so im blindness ><
need some info for ya all.

1. any.
2. 2k
3. good/big screen, good cam specs ,16gb+ hdd (prefered dont have lag/slow response one)
4. dum care much for size.

mainly i use for:
1: big/best screen display (will use wifi card to instance transfer/view all my photos when im shooting with dslr)
2: better camera specs (better manual iso, good IQ/high mp)
3: have atlest 1080p video + sound.
have surf some info my self.
Xperia acroS, S, SL is the only 1 got my interest so far.
1280x720 display (4.3" display)
1080p video
12mp camera

any others phone better than this?
i compared iphone 4s, galaxy s3 with xperia
for bang for bunks xperia wins.
xperia got so many choices... tell which is newer or better @@

any suggestion is welcome im not bound to sony only

i really like Xperia neo L actually. It looks really suitable for girls but i really appreciate your opinion. is there any problem with neo L? in term of its performance maybe.

Hey guys, is Xperia SL released in malaysia ? Same price with Xperia S?

Personally for me i feel Sony has better service than Samsung.Around one year i work all Sony phones sent for warranty came back within 10 days, never exceed 2 weeks. Whereas Samsung one always take around 1 month. Maybe location varies.
