Anything will do, but if possible not Samsung (just a preference)

I urgently need some recommendation as my old phone (W995) was damaged....

This would my first smartphones and I really need some recomendation as I kinda not used to smartphones technologies..

1. Brand: Any, but I prefer sony ( but I don't quite like samsung)

2. Budget : RM1500-rm1600 (max)

3. Specs
- Good battery life
- Superb camera
- Wifi/3g
- No lag
- Clear audio & video

4. Prefer solid look
Smaller screen
angular ( Don't like round design like S3)

Do recommend me any phones that suited those criteria!!

-Good camera (can take photo of a A4 paper and able to see the words clearly), to achieve the requirement, how many Megapixel needed or depend on apps?
-Good battery life (at least with 3G on can support 1 day)
-Currently using galaxy mini, feel the limitations of it such as 3.2 MP camera, low battery life and lagging when with 3G on.

Hi guys, currently using a phone that satisfy me with basic needs only. Planning to upgrade to a more feature and waterproof phone to suits my lifestyle.

1. Brand: Branded, not those unknown brand can already. Found most waterproof phone is Sony, any better one?

2. Budget: My old phone with all the basics need cost me RM400++ only. Since i am not that rich, below RM850 possible?

I need your suggestions for a smartphone below RM300. Any model would be fine (well, except from Malaysia and China). It's for my mom to use for her small business (hence, long battery life would be great).

Needs: Long battery life, can use apps such as whatsapp, and most important is durable (my mom tends to drop it occasionally).
Budget: If possible < RM 300. The max budget is RM500.

Touch screen or keypads are both okay. Does phone companies produce these type of phones anymore?

What's the most different between s advance and s3 mini?

Im aiming for camera phone, last phone is arc s.

currently eyeing for 12mpx sony experia ion/sl.
wondering if nokia lumia series is better than those in term of spec and camera quality. i've used both brand, and i find that both are great. tempted with carls zeiss lens, in the same time i prefer sony design and android rather than window

my budget is something no more than 1.4k. if i have more money i'll snatch pureview 808.

S Advance will be having a look similar to the s2, while the mini will be exactly like the s3 juz tht its smaller and specs are lower... both screens are 4 inch.. Primary cameras are both 5mp... Mini's secondary camera will be VGA while S Advance will be 1.3MP....Video will be at 720p for both phones. Ppi will be 233 per inch for both phones... S3 mini will be lighter 8grams then the s advance.... It all comes to personal prefence since the specs are almost identical..... The s3 Mini will be newer since it has juz launch in Malaysia officially.... If u like squarish phones... the S Advance will be the way to go.... If u like the s3 but dont like the big screen of it.... go for the s3 mini...
