Well, It depends what kind of performance he's looking for. If its for normal web browsing, answering call, Sms, snap some simple picture and some light gaming such as Fruit Ninja or Angry bird shouldn't have problem. Looking for a phone beyond 3.7 Inch around that price range, Xperia J is in my mind 

If only he's willing to Squeeze another RM100+ definitely he can get a better new phone, Since he's also considering Used phone, then that price range also can get better performance phone like S2 already... Now the problem is if he wiling to pay for a used phone or a new phone

Specs - Doesnt matter (Keypad/Touchscreen would do)
Other - Good camera and speakers (with bass if probable)
Usage - Internet/phone call/texting/music/videos (HD IF POSSIBLE)

I do not want a Samsung phone

Xperia U got 4GB user-accessible, no card slot. Xperia go and sola got.

Lumia 800's bass really suck, like no bass

hello. can anybody recomend me flip phone windows 8 with a loud ringtone?? my smartphone ringtone is slow when i put on mp3. I wanted to change to flip cause everybody use fingers boringly now. thanks.

I dont think there is any windows 8 flip phone available bro. 

means, u want keypad ? boring with touchscreen huh ? same like me lor. back to basic. but nowdays, seems no more flip phone. mostly candybar touchscreen
