just a rough estimation ma.. if u want me to calculate correctly.. then:-

loan amount 3mil, 50%DP 1.5mil. Loan 1.5mil for 5 years +/- 26-27k a month..

all supercar owner i know dont loan their cars..

That's strange becoz a LOT of them I know DO finance their cars BUT deny it

When it comes to Supercars, as much as I have friends who owned more than 10 super cars in their mansion, they don't really loan them. Besides, there are ways to get it cheaper than market price.

What business do you have in mind that could generate a sum of Income Xu3r? =) I'm not going to judge my friend.

Most likely only rich boss's son are able to buy these at so young age


I used to have a class mate and his father sell sugar in malaysia . Now hes showing with sports car ferrai F12

or doing illegal stuffs but able to go through goverment attention

My senior friend did a loan services in the past and we thought was stupid but now after 5 years hes able to afford a BMW M5

We obviously think the first thing ( loan shark )

Why not look at things in positivity? Do you precisely know how much it takes for him to own that car / houses? Many people look at rich people and thinking that it's by their father or illegal business they have been running. I say ask them and find out real answers than to judge with your assumptions. Same things with MH370, many assumptions but still with unknown answers. So please stop spreading false beliefs as it's likely to cause confusion to many as of today' society are.
