Hi,
I am a newbie here, but bought a unit at Willow park during the recent Lifestyle festival. Can you please include me into the forum.
Thanks,
gloods (Willow Park)

Have added in a few more pictures for the ground floor entrance (from Garage) as well as a view of the Living/Dining. The garage seems long enough to park and looks quite nice. Had initially bought for investment, but am considering keeping it given the design. Also unlikely to get a similar unit for the price point in any similar area. If I do move in, will be only after the DASH comes up though. Cheers |

QUOTE(MrWux @ Jun 15 2013, 05:48 PM) Hi,Initially bought for investment, but the design looks good, and I don't think I can get anything similar for that price band, so planning to keep it. Also I have 3 colleagues who have also bought Willow Park, and my neighbour is a friend of a business associate, so hopefully should get enough folks (only 54 units) to get together and agree to a G&G once handed over. Will not move in so soon though. How about you? |

Hi, Has anyone used KB Plaster Ceiling/KB Contractors? Any track record/experience with them?
They are doing some extension work in my neighbours unit at Willow Park and am considering using them |

Hi Cossie,
Apart from the Metal Folding door and the lack of space to park inside, find any other defects? Generally the Willow Park quality has been good, though I have noted the following a) Jacuzzi not working b) Some of the Floor Waste Water traps (in Kitchen) were damaged c) Sinks fittings need to be tightened/adjusted d) The bidet tap placement is too close to the toilet roll holder e) Small holes in the Bathroom window panes, need to patch f) The light switch in the Air Well is exposed to rainwater. It is an internal type switch and is not suited for external use. When it rains, it gets wet. Am concerned about short circuit g) Wet Kitchen tap pressure extremely low Cheers |

QUOTE(MrWux @ Jun 17 2014, 03:45 PM) Hi everyone, Hi MrWux,I just move in @Willow. Sadly to inform that unify or streamyx not available yet in this corner. Celcom or Maxis signal are also weak. Hope to see more ppl come in and push TM to speed up Did you engage CRN for any of your contracting works? They seem to be doing most of the renovations, but their price seems on the high side. Thanks Avin |
