Some photos of Aster Grove 3 storey.  Unfortunately no time to take photos of the interior. 

This is 24 x 80 and has a large build up of 4000 sq ft.  The design and layout is a bit more traditional and emphasizes on space instead of design.  There is an internal courtyard as well which brightens up the space inside.  The roof garden is a bit of a waste, as you can easily have another large master bed room.  I have a feeling some owners are already planning to build up the top floors.  The car park has been poorly designed as the columns which don't sit on the border wall makes it probably too tight for two cars to be parked.

What do you mean? does this affect all MT units? some folks have moved in.

Mine is type A1. They said because many A1 owner complaint the maid room so dark request to add window. Mine already done. It is nicer anyway for my preference.
