Hi All,

Great discussion forum! & community.

Just started my virtual reno-works and this time for my own house at DA. I believe this will take longer than usual work as theres no deadline biggrin.gif.

mine is P2. do they allow you to enter the construction site? went there last year but only able to see it from distance.

Change the door type, glass and ironmongery on the groundfloor plus alarm would prevent easy break in.

Salam/Hi,

Any MT know why all in sudden SD ask for key to renovate the house? in this case they trying to reno the maids room which originally has no window.

how they obtained planning permission and approval to build the house?

Im not in the country but they called my in-law to inspect the house & said renovation to insert a window need to be done for maid room & ask for keys. My house is type A1.

On other hand i feel something is not right here, going to call SD today to find out.

Hi, great to hear yours are done but im afraid, its different from S&P which has indicated the window for the room and also window are required to comply with UBBL. im not sure how they get CCC & CF?

also would prefer them to issue official letter & noticing the house owner to rectify the problem not just by sudden phone calls to 3rd person.
