Purchasing house in KL & Penang is different.
KV - normally ask land size
Penang - normally ask building length (wall to wall, excluding porch)

KV - Built up normally refers to gross bu
Penang - Built up normally refers to nett bu (excluding patio, porch etc)

If people says the house size in KL, it shd mean land size. If in Penang, it means building length.
To achieve gross bu of >2000sf, building length for ordinary 20'x70', 22'x75' is normally range fr 45' - 48'.
In old Tmns, there are house with 30'-35' in length only, it indirectly indicates that the general bu is very small, less than 1500sf.

Clay bricks and Kalsa bricks is harder than sand bricks lah
Heat and sound insulation is much better. Many unaware that at least 50% of the heat is transferred fr roof top, it is good to use clay roofing tiles for landed property, the color last much longer than coated concrete tiles.
