Haha. I dont dare to call it cheap. But I wpuld say fair and affordable pricing since it had been snapped up quickly.

It was down to the few SA who had great connectivity based VIP customers. I found it was part of the best ever SD marketing gimmicks.

Wow, 26 x 100 is very long and big even with 10' feet back and comes with 5' extra land.

How good if the extra land is 10' feet, at least can do something like small pond , landscaping and put a square coffee table.
