MT probably has the nicest design and the best quality finish product. Good size and different class as compared with the rest. I was told many high profile buyers planning to stay including top celebrities. Unfortunately, i already bought fernlane earlier. Hehe...

Btw, I know someone selling at RM1.3m negotiable. Good unit ie; nice view, morning sun, very close to playground. Anybody interested can pm me.

Maybe alarm n CCTV will suffice. Grills are too ugly. If they want to break in, they dont care, they just cut the grill.

Statistics on break ins, more fitted with grills as compared with alarm n CCTV. Of course the best is all 3 laa.
