For security cameras, I can recommend someone (at least someone who has patience to introduce products, communicate well) , he is from this forum itself... search for 'pocketcctv2u'
*
Roughly how much you paid for your cctv systems? 2 indoor 2 outdoor cam + DVR?

I went to the sales office and they said that my row is Furn Lane Phase 2. So the VP would be anytime real soon. Apparently all the intermediate shoplots at E- Boulevard have been sold out. Only some corner lots left.
*
Wat is the selling price ofr E-Boulevard? hmm.gif 2m? Corner iirc is around 3.5m

QUOTE(rebecks @ Jul 26 2012, 04:13 PM)
Hi all,

Lavender Park Phase 1 owner reporting in.

Have been reading both the postings in LYN and FB. To be honest, am very excited to move-in and cannot wait to get my keys. Lavender Park is almost done, pending touch-ups for each unit, etc. Even the road sign-name is already up.

However, after reading through both LYN and FB postings, am feeling uncomfortable of the safety of the family. Hopefully, future residents of Lavender Park will have the same intentions on safety and will unite to have proper safety set-ups re Nerida.

Moving forward, am truly hoping for Denai Alam to grow as a township...
On a different note, Lavender Park is a Single Entry. Looking to use the close location of Ficus Peak to build on the single-entry point with the necessary security features.  tongue.gif

Welcome to the big family..... I really liked Lavender design, Feels comfortable when I visited the units weeks ago. Surprisingly all comes with Paradox alarm summore rclxms.gif

when the people say the house size is 25"x75" for example..does that mean the 75" is including the porch?..I always thought its not
*
75 is from end to end include porch, if not.... wow..... the house will be damn big, coz porch takes up a lot of space tongue.gif Any 25X75 configuration units in DA?

Wat are the disadvantage/consequences of not getting MBSA approval for renovation/extension?

From what I can gather, if you were to do renovations that requires MBSA approval without their consent - they have all the rights to tear down the said renovations with notice provided.  nod.gif  nod.gif  nod.gif

Okay, anyone here got contact for good runner to get MBSA application can pls share here yea rclxms.gif

Hi, I'm getting the keys to my Serista (double frontage) very very soon. Bought it sub sale.

Anyone staying on the same row? Jalan U16/46 ?

Fencing up for security is very favourable.
*
Hi there, I'm staying the same road with you, just moved in not long ago.... perhaps we can pm each other? I fully support perimeter fencing!! rclxms.gif

Anyways, I managed to get hold of this one architect + ID via my usual contractor. He says this guy has got some strong links inside MBSA and approvals shouldn't be a prob (for the major reno works)...

I shall talk to him first and maybe arrange a meet-up with him prior to sharing his contact here (Just to filter his real capability & business ethics)...
*
Do let me know after u meet up him yea.....

Dont u think if we extend the kitchen, it would be easier for the thief to climb up to the 1st floor backrooms window through the roof?
*
Previously I also had this in mind, but don't u think it is ridiculous you hold back your extension and live in a smaller space because of the thief? If I were the thief i would LOL.... why not improve the other part of the picture, security measures, girlls, motion sensors beam on the concrete floor of the extended part. blink.gif

I got an el cheapo plan for the railess balcony.

I'm gonna just put 2 stainless steel pillars approximately 2.5ft at then corners and connect it with 3 tensioned steel cables like they do on the yachts. Its barely visible and safe enough for me to do some gardening without wearing a safetly harness biggrin.gif
*
Good IDea rclxms.gif haha..... gonna put this up on discussion at home later, coz after extension the ground floor, planned to do waist height bricks barrier around the concrete slab for future use. Now this idea seems really cost effective =D

WoW....that sensitive?  hmm.gif

Maybe you can try bypassing only the ones that are consistently triggered because of the renovation works.

Its only wise for one to know the ins & outs of the product/service he or she is purchasing prior hand right?  biggrin.gif

The Vibration sensors are the 1 making noise, once the neighbours start hammer drilling/hacking, bannng..... there goes the alarm. Weekend will wake me at 8.30am when they start work.

So weekday gotta disarm when going to work during the day.

good luck on defects. due to shoddy workmanship, the defects are now just showing up on my house right after the 18 months warranty period run up.

i used to think with sime at least you get quality but apparently nowadays even with money you can't buy quality.
*
Bro ihsan, may i know wat kinda defects that you are facing came 18 months after? Hope you don't mind to share it.

Sorry out of topic, lol.... anybody staying here has any recommendation for broadband coverage at Denai Alam? I know most of the residents are using Unifi, but it's kinda overkill for the time being, only 1-2hours of surfing in d night at most, so quite pointless pay 150 to get unifi. tongue.gif

Any comments on U-mobile vs Maxis vs Celcom coverage/speed in Denai Alam? blush.gif
