Lavender Park Phase 1 owner reporting in.

Have been reading both the postings in LYN and FB. To be honest, am very excited to move-in and cannot wait to get my keys. Lavender Park is almost done, pending touch-ups for each unit, etc. Even the road sign-name is already up.

However, after reading through both LYN and FB postings, am feeling uncomfortable of the safety of the family. Hopefully, future residents of Lavender Park will have the same intentions on safety and will unite to have proper safety set-ups re Nerida.

Moving forward, am truly hoping for Denai Alam to grow as a township...
On a different note, Lavender Park is a Single Entry. Looking to use the close location of Ficus Peak to build on the single-entry point with the necessary security features. 

Few houses of types E & D are even 120-140 lenght... long porch type..

when the people say the house size is 25"x75" for example..does that mean the 75" is including the porch?..I always thought its not

From what I can gather, if you were to do renovations that requires MBSA approval without their consent - they have all the rights to tear down the said renovations with notice provided.

I shall talk to him first and maybe arrange a meet-up with him prior to sharing his contact here (Just to filter his real capability & business ethics)...

I got an el cheapo plan for the railess balcony.

I'm gonna just put 2 stainless steel pillars approximately 2.5ft at then corners and connect it with 3 tensioned steel cables like they do on the yachts. Its barely visible and safe enough for me to do some gardening without wearing a safetly harness

Maybe you can try bypassing only the ones that are consistently triggered because of the renovation works.

good luck on defects. due to shoddy workmanship, the defects are now just showing up on my house right after the 18 months warranty period run up.

i used to think with sime at least you get quality but apparently nowadays even with money you can't buy quality.

700k is cheap..i am expecting 1mil tag 

My Fern is 3-phased equipped, hopefully the rest of the phases are too..

On some blocks, Second floor up is noticeable already...it is progressing very well!!
