For me I would not compare these two flagship smartphones in terms of hardware capability, but to the underlying OS and the apps that you will found to be useful. Personally I found the Apps on App Store is much more well known and received much more reviews than android apps. Perhaps it's because I had been exposed to App Store apps since 2008 when AppStore is still in its infancy. I would advice you to evaluate the apps that you will be using and make your choice from there. Even with two different phones I found that I prefer iPhone much more due to the native iOS apps that it support. Of course, if you like gaming and braging/comparing achievements, iPhone would be a much suiter choice.
Wait iphone 5 or get Galaxy S3 now
