Why LE cheaper than RE?

Supposedly, LE is 6600yen (which is > RE at 6000yen)
But because HMV giving promo for the LE, 15% off, so LE became cheaper.

I see, still I can't get this album again..saving for a guitar now.

It seems that I have to delay buying YUI's singles and albums for now. Tight on budget which I am seriously regretting right now..
