YUI performs at live events in Kansai as “flower flower”
On January 9th, it was reported that singer-songwriter YUI who has been hiatus after the end of last year, performed at some live events in the Kansai region, under the artist name “flower flower.”

According to a person concerned with the events, YUI appeared at small live music clubs on the 7th, 8th, and 9th in different cities, as one of several performers. She introduced herself as “flower flower”, and did not perform any of YUI’s songs. Reportedly, her long hair was cut short, and she sang some songs that she recently made, with her own accompaniment of an acoustic guitar.

Since YUI’s appearance was not known to the public, and it was the stage that she didn’t produce the “YUI atmosphere”, some of the audience members never noticed that it was YUI. The relevant person explained that those activities were completely private ones, and it was just for her to enjoy the music with her friends.

When she announced her hiatus, she wrote on her official site, “I would like to do a lot of fun things through my precious music.”

At this moment, they say that there are no concrete plans for YUI’s comeback or her new activities as “flower flower.”

you dont find these songs often
