Why rooting ICS too complicated?
I have easy way to root ICS for unlocked bootloader. Just hotboot FXP ICS kernel and flash superuser edify through CWM. 'I'll post the tutorial later..

here the rooting tutorial for ICS+unlocked bootloader

1. copy Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip and paste into your root of sdcard
2. extract fastboot_with_Android_USB_file.rar anywhere you want. i suggest extract at desktop
3. put your phone in fastboot mode (hold menu button and then connect usb cable into your computer and phone. "blue led")
4. computer will detect new hardware, go to control panel>device manager. you will see "!" icon appear in the device manager, click update driver>browse driver>click at desktop>usb_driver. windows will prompt new driver will be installed. just click "continue anyways".
5. extract XPK2.4 Package.zip into fastboot folder at the desktop. you will get xpk-2.4.img and other zip files.
6. hold shift and right mouse click at empty space in the folder and then click "open command prompt here". fastboot cmd will appear.

now, your phone already connected in fastboot mode and fastboot driver installed. proceed to the next steps

7. type "fastboot boot xpk-2.4.img", "ENTER".. wait untill finished..
8. take your phone as soon as possible after blue led shut off and spam vol down button untill CWM appear.
9. in CWM, flash Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip.
10. REBOOT

Done.

after this process, ur phone still on stock kernel. dun worry..

Not stable yet.. The kernel hav random freeze issue if overclocked 2ghz with smartassv2 cpu governor and sio i/o scheduler. With the right cpu governor and i/o scheduler combination, cpu can overclocked to 2ghz without freezing issue. Ex. 2Ghz+performance cpu governor+vr I/O scheduler..

guys, my pro got magnetic sensor problem. same as users reported in this thread. so, anyone know which stores selling magnetic paper?

i already fixed magnetic sensor problem. just put strong magnet beside "Q" button.
reflashing rom doesn't solve the problem on my pro la.

hi guys, i successfully ported arc s paranoid rom based on cm9 latest nightly. all working except paranoid setting. always FC when i select it. so, anyone can help me fix this bug?

I'm trying to build panaroid rom v2.0 for xpro by following this guide. so, who already tried cm10 fxp136? what the MAJOR problem on cm10??
i afraid fxp136 is not stable enough for daily usage.

yeah. currently adding iyokan source tree. if compiling successful and rom is working, i'm gonna post the screenshots and upload the rom.

i'm compiling for cm10 based. major bugs:- camera have no preview but you still can capture photos.

seems like i dun need compile paranoid anymore. he compile from source and it official paranoid rom for our xpro.
well, just mod this rom and it's perfect. xD

For battery fix, flash LuPuS JB kernel and try undervolt at 900mhz + I/O scheduler (smartassv2) and look it working or not..
to remove lags, idk.. on xda got many script to eliminate lags..
JB MIUI- right now i have plenty free time, so I'll port MIUI based on cm10. PORT MIUI rom from xperia arc..

xpro outdated edy. change to new phone la. xD

jellysandwich rom based on .587 stock rom + other tweaks. the performance really great. i got 4100+ on antutu, nenamark2 31.1>33 FPS by OC 1.4ghz. I'm using that rom for playing games. so far lagging a bit on NFS Most Wanted, no lagging on Chaos Ring and Wild Blood.
