Its similar for both, you get charged later.
But then, IINM due to the latest hiccup by GSC, those whom got charged via CC before being refunded(?), lost quite a bit in the difference of forex.
Paypal users weren't refunded, and I'm speaking for myself (correct me if you did get refunded tho).

So maybe its better wif PP?
