..I'm rather grateful actually, that they are actually taking the time to ~*TRY*~ (I say try because apparently they couldnt fix it the first damn time) to maintain quality than just going yaoming.gif and sending out defective products. I guess they should get their act together and only announce when they are going to ship when they have fixed ALL the problems though, instead of this back and forth YEAH RELEASE > NOPE LOL WE HAVE PROBLEMS

The following information is in regard to the manufacturing defects found in the "Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat Ver." figure, which were announced on Monday, Sept. 3.
Both the "Mic Stand and Shovel Parts Set" as well as "Pigtail Joints x 2" will be sent to all customers who purchased this figure in accordance with the quantity of figures that they ordered. We will begin sending out these parts at the end of September.
We will send you a personal email detailing the shipment date of the replacement parts before they are sent.
In the event that you cannot remove a broken part of the Pigtail Joint from the figure's head, or if you find any further defects with your item, we ask that you please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
All customer inquiries regarding defects and replacement parts will be handled as quickly as possible.
