Nerf is a term for all games where the developers take "something" and make it "weaker."

IAS = increased attack speed

so "Nerf IAS" means the increased attack speed values on most items are getting reduced.

maybe after nerf the price is going to increase accordingly because you may then want to have all items to have a small attk speed affix... who knows... may become a rarer affix also

i didnt get charged or get sms when this came just now to my mail, nor also when i posted it, sms just a 1 time thing

btw i curious it was sold off during maintenance period

Price of item in RMAH will drop in few weeks time after new patch roll out..

Its easier to get lvl 63 item now..

Sell off the good rare quick!

It is only created available drops in a1 and a2, with 2% and 4%. I doubt that will be much effects from that. Drop rate in a3/4 no change.

Biggest effect is from nerfing inferno to so easy.... any tom d*** and harry can do it now.

Inferno mobs which used to hit my barb for 10k now hits for 3k.... Some of the elite packs only hit my barb for 1k only (soul rippers).

WTF with the big nerf, I don't even feel the challenge now. 0 Deaths running through a3 for 2 hours clearing all elites.

Blizzard really love catering the game for noobs.

Act 1/2 will still get ilvl 63 item, just with lower chance but still standing a chances to get it..

Once everyone getting the rares so easily, RMAH price will definitely shoot down.

guys, i need help in linking paypal to rmah. i bought the game from blizzard which only accepts US registration which i just put up a fake address. now i tried to register my paypal but it requires US contact number.

do i need to change my address back to malaysia then only it would allow me to register my paypal to rmah?

yes. you will need to submit a support ticket to blizzard to do that.

It transfer to paypal usually between 48-72 hours. If you transfer to bank might be longer and have more charges, if not wrong 18% more?

Best if you keep the money in paypal and purchase things you need online with paypal, so you don't lose out on the interest rates.
