Congrats on v9.

Called SC just now and they told me they have just finished repairing my phone. 2 weeks for a cracked screen... wow.

Am a bit stumped here and am wondering if you guys can help me with this:

My S3 camera seems to be able to only take photos horizontally, it's as if it was locked. Everytime I shoot vertically, the photo will be like this:

Is there a way to unlock it?

edit: uploaded the wrong pic.

Still stumped with the camera. I can't seem to get the photo I shoot vertically to show up right when I uploaded it into my computer. I had to manually rotate it.

Is it possible to shoot vertically and have the picture shows up right or is the s3 made to shoot horizontally only?

What windows you use? Windows XP default photo browser got such issue. If Windows Vista, Windows 7 no such issue. Or just use ACDSee.

That is weird, I don't have this issue. It rotate correctly horizontal or vertical.

Do you save the photos in a microsd card or the internal storage?
