there is an app call directory bind
it works by bindin the directories

all of my gameloft games n hd games
by default its saved in the phone memory
by phone memory its the internal memory

external means memory card
its not the same

ok

its confirmed workin by me
savin my game data to memory card

it will create links from old target at phone memory
n create new links at new target at memory card
somethin like a bridge from a to b
but i only move hd games n such from phone to memory
apps not recommended
